Welcome to KurdPas. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. No Refund / No Cancellation

Digital products (accounts, codes, e-pins, gift cards) are delivered instantly in electronic form. Therefore, the right of withdrawal (refund) does not apply. Once a purchase is completed, no refund or exchange will be made.

2. Platform is Only a Mediator

KurdPas provides intermediary services between sellers and buyers. The content, quality and delivery of the sold product are entirely the responsibility of the seller. The platform does not guarantee the seller's product.

3. Screen Recording Requirement

The buyer must record their screen continuously from the moment of purchase until testing the product. In case of any problem, the only valid proof is this video recording.

4. No External Communication

Users must conduct all communications only through the platform's internal messaging system. Communication outside the platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) is prohibited. The platform is not responsible for any problems arising from external communication.

5. Balance and Withdrawal Rules

• Only earnings from sales are added to the withdrawable balance.
• Balances received as gifts or transfers cannot be withdrawn; they can only be used for purchases.
• The commission rate is 10%.

6. Age Limit

You must be over 18 years old to become a member and buy/sell on the platform.

7. Seller Responsibility

The seller is obliged to deliver the product specified in the listing at the specified price and within the specified time. Incorrect pricing or product descriptions are the seller's responsibility.
